Matthew Sica, the VP of Regulatory Compliance & Quality at Phase 4 Services (https://phase4services.com), comes from a laboratory background working with the State of Maine for years before branching out into consulting. With a history rooted in compliance and laboratory work in the environmental sector, the shift to consulting for the cannabis laboratory industry was a natural fit.
