Water quality lab makes switch to Horizon
A water quality lab in the southeastern United States is making the switch to HORIZON LIMS. Laboratory managers made the switch to HORIZON after realizing that their previous LIMS was not able to perform the more than 60,000 water tests from 38,000 samples collected annually.
“This is not a small task, but HORIZON Lab Systems has the necessary capabilities to ensure accurate testing of this large county’s drinking, wastewater, reclaimed and surface water,” said Eric Dingfelder, General Manager, HORIZON.
Managers cited the benefit of HORIZON’s ongoing enhancements, including expanded APIs, data warehousing and analytics capabilities. “HORIZON’s v12 capabilities and future-proof design made switching an easy choice,” added Dingfelder.
HORIZON Lab Systems is pleased to work with many municipalities across the US, Canada and abroad to fulfill their LIMS requirements and ensure their laboratory workflow and reporting capabilities. HORIZON enjoys working with clients across all sectors of the environmental, water and wastewater fields.
