TX Public Health Lab Chooses Horizon

HORIZON Lab Systems is pleased to announce its latest Public Health Laboratory Client, Tarrant County!

HORIZON is now playing a critical role in monitoring water quality, dairy and emerging biothreat agents in parts of Texas. The large public health lab in Tarrant County recently selected HORIZON as their preferred lab information management system (LIMS).

HORIZON is the first LIMS system ever implemented by the lab, selected after a rigorous review and quailifying process. Prior to HORIZON, the lab performed testing and data collection manually which creates unnecessary risk and inefficiency. The new platform looks to improve effectiveness and safety through its future-proof design, easy configuration and ability to seamlessly adapt to their current systems.
